Ingredients
200 mg sliced boneless chicken pieces.
1 table spoon pavizham oils rice bran oil in kerala.
3 tablespoon soya sauce.
2 dashes salt powder.
2 tablespoon thinly sliced carrot.
2 tablespoon red chilly sauce.
1 small sliced onion.
2 tablespoon thinly sliced cabbage.
1 table spoon pepper powder.
Take a half part of capsicum and cut it thinly.
1 table spoon garlic paste
Half tablespoon ginger paste.
Half tablespoon chilly powder.
Cooking procedure:-
Heat a large pot of salted water over low-medium flame and bring to a boil. Add 2 table spoon Pavizham oils rice bran oil in Kerala to the water in order to avoid sticking of noodles. Then add the noodles and cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
When they are done, switch off the burner, drain the noodles well and rinse under cold water. Drain the noodles once again and transfer to a large bowl. Boil the chicken pieces in some water for 10 minutes on low flame with turmeric powder ,pepper and salt. Drain and keep aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over high flame, and sauté the onions , garlic and ginger paste until onions turn golden brown and translucent. Then add the chicken pieces in the sautéed onions and mix them well.
Sauté them for a minute and add tomato and soya sauce .Add the noodles to it and slowly mix them well and cook the noodles for a minute. Enjoy home made cooking recipe using pavizham oil rice bran oil in kerala.
